It's no coincidence that Reworld management is suddenly paying attention to you. The reason is obvious. It's because a majority of you now support having a union and negotiating collectively with your employer for a written contract. Good Call! Don't let management talk you out of it with empty promises.

Don't be fooled again by management's fear mongering scare tactics. Yes, as members of IBEW Local 237 you would you pay union dues. However, there's no dues whatsoever until we've negotiated a contract that you and your coworkers have voted on and accepted. Once that happens, dues are 1.5% of your wages plus $23/ month. ($24 starting 7/1/25) If you think it's free to not have a union, think again! You just paid several thousand dollars in "non-union dues". Remember the long-standing bonuses your employer took away that you were powerless to stop? After you win our NLRB election those unilateral actions like that become unlawful.

 

The union dues Reworld employees pay is not the same as Local 237's Journeyman Wiremen. Management is lying about that and will say anything to trick you into remaining "at-will:" employees so they can continue calling all the shots unilaterally. I believe you're smarter than that and will stick with your guns and vote YES in the upcoming election.
